Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or enquiring at Sanjeev Jewellers Nabha.
1. Minimum making charges
Making charges vary by material (gold, silver, brass), design complexity, and type of jewellery (rings, chains, sets, payals, kangan, etc.). Final making charges are confirmed at the time of order or purchase in-store.
2. Wholesale market rates
Gold and silver market rates change daily. All prices are based on the prevailing rate on the day of billing. Website prices, where shown, are indicative and may differ from the final in-store rate.
3. No exchange or refund on sold rates
There is no exchange or refund of gold or silver based on a previously billed rate. Once sold, the transaction is final at that day’s rate. We focus only on current market rates for any future purchase or buy-back discussion as per store policy at that time.
4. 916 Hallmark & purity
We deal in 916 Hallmark-certified gold and silver ornaments wherever applicable. Purity and weight are explained at the counter before billing. Customers are encouraged to verify 916 Hallmark marks and weight at the time of purchase.
5. Custom & on-demand jewellery
Custom orders require an advance. Delivery timelines depend on design and material availability. Advances are non-refundable once work has started, except at the sole discretion of the management.
6. Online shortlist & enquiries
Pieces shortlisted on the website are not reserved until confirmed in-store or by our team. Enquiries do not create a binding sale. Stock and designs may change without notice.
7. Buy-back & exchange (general)
Any buy-back or exchange of old gold/silver is subject to store assessment of purity, weight, and condition, and to the rates and policies applicable on that day. Making charges and wastage rules of the original purchase may apply as explained in-store.
8. Liability
Sanjeev Jewellers is not responsible for damage after the product has left the store, or for loss of jewellery left for repair beyond the agreed collection period. Please collect repaired items promptly.
